I oversee our Business Owner Solutions team and operations, including operations for our Disability Insurance division, property and casualty division, and employee benefits division. My primary role is working with our advisors and clients on developing strategies to solve for business owner needs. I work with our team of internal experts to help find and develop product strategies and manage the implementation process. Our teams work on a national basis and my goal is to ensure all of our experts collaborate and strategize together so our clients needs are met regardless of size or location.

As a Disability Insurance Consultant, I work with individuals, business owners, and employers to help them replace their income when they can't return to work, protect the value and survival of their business, and insure the needs of employees that matter to their business. Not all insurance products or companies are created equal, so I help Financial Advisers and clients create a risk management strategy built around their needs using the tools and expertise I've developed over the years. I am currently licensed in 40 states, participate in a national study group for disability insurance, as well as consult with some carrier product development teams to suggest changes to their products for future filings.
