• Served as assistant coach for two seasons and co-head coach for one. When I assumed the role of head coach my duties included:
• Managing team communications with the families of our 195 swimmers
• Coordinating with club management to efficiently run the five dual meets hosted at the Fairwood pool
• Creating goals for team at the individual athlete and large group levels that led to a 9-1 dual meet record and top 6 finish at the League Championships

• Performed the initial email communication to all potential endorsers for the campaign
• Organized the contact list for campaign endorsements to ensure all information remained orderly and accurate
• Assisted diverse staff in placing an the first initiative committed to environmental justice on the ballot in Washington

• Worked with outreach team to conduct weekly phone banks to promote environmental legislation
• Assisted in research and planning for training events hosted by WEC for elected officials
• Became intimately familiar with state legislative processes during the short session of the 2018 Washington State Legislature
• Managed check in/out services for annual fundraising gala

• Assisted in the daily operations of the restaurant including:
• Preparing food for the pizza and cheese steak lines
• Running and cleaning the grill
• Performing all customer service tasks from preparing pizza to cashier
