•With a team of 4, with the catholic center at Auburn University, I used my adaptability, high motivation, technical and communication skills daily •Fundraised my salary, by personal appointments and monthly commitments.•Directly lead, coached, and formed 6 men to become confident leaders by equipping and casting vision at weekly meetings and formation.•Lead a repeatable strategy of winning students over to the mission, building up in skills, and activating them toward our goals. Impacted 75+ students weekly through small groups. •My personal roles on the team included communicating with Parish leadership monthly for greater unity, directing the subject matter and organizing a monthly meeting of 50+ student leaders, assisting in team formation, and recruiting new hires.•Co-directed week-long mission trip for 10 students and a chaplain to the Yucatan, Mexico. Guided fundraising efforts for students.•Utilized previous experience to lead the team with social event planning and logistics of large groups, adapting the mission to a digital format during COVID-19 lockdown, as well as data analysis and creation of reports essential to modeling our success.
