Marketing Coordinator

I am responsible for the creation and coordination of marketing and communications initiatives and special projects that contribute to the growth of Broadnet’s fast-growing suite of products and services, and to develop print, electronic, online and presentation materials. I both write and edit existing documents, as well as coordinate the creation (writing, design, and production) of new materials.In addition, I manage ongoing communications with resellers and clients, social media content creation and outreach, and coordinate other special marketing and product development initiatives, working closely with the VP of Marketing, Marketing Project Manager and the Creative Services Manager. Highly integrated into the company’s cross-functional teams of creative services, operations, engineering/IT, customer service and event managers.Responsibilities include:• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for resellers, partners, direct sales and company• Create, update and distribute marketing materials including, but not limited to: case studies, videos, presentations, brochures, flyers, online books, messaging scripts• Special projects, campaigns and initiatives as assigned• Ensure the smooth progression of integrated outreach campaigns for select telephone registration events (Vekeo, TeleForum) using direct, email and social media; tracks and reports effectiveness of such campaigns• Coordinate client and reseller requests for marketing and communications strategy and support• Coordinate creation and updates of internal training and communications tools• Email campaigns and other communications efforts to resellers, partners and direct clients.• Manage company’s social media presence on multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.• Track and analyze marketing efforts such as event registration, web traffic, SEO and SEM, social media followings, mobile app usage.
