This was a contract position through the Thomas Group for a reinsurance company called Fortitude RE.This position was mostly using Excel to do the heavy lifting, where I helped run and review User Access Reports, and organized lists of thousands of employees for over a dozen systems to review their level of access. Once the department managers accepted or rejected the access for each employee, we then submitted tickets through JIRA and re-ran the report(s) to see if the employees had successfully been removed. Other responsibilities included;- leveraging Power BI to review SAP entitlements.- creating documentation of processes for the internal audit teams.- reviewing data manually leveraging AWS databases and SQL.- confirming the SailPoint implementation was correct by reviewing data in both SailPoint and source systems.

I work daily with IT departments of large law firms (250+ Timekeepers), determining causes for any and all issues and then work towards a solution with the resources we have available. I have a high level of knowledge navigating within the product and how the product interacts with 3rd party vendors. I focus on the problems then the possible causes and work my way out to the network level to ensure there are no recurring problems in the future. I also document and reproduce bugs in our product, creating detailed step by step instructions on how to recreate for our development department to prioritize and fix.
