Contributor to the evolution of the first institutional investment fund in this asset class into a publicly traded company. Researched, designed, and presented financial strategy and investment results to investors and capital partners. Conducted market research to determine trends, institute digital solutions, and developed acquisition and financial strategy presentations and proposals to C-suite and capital partners. Concurrently stabilized staffing headcount from cycling through 75 temps, to 8 FTE. Designed and implemented SOPs for company.

Managed the research and marketing efforts of GE’s West Coast commercial real estate sales offices with over $1bn in annual gross volume.Performed market and industry research and analysis to find new business opportunities.
