Owner and operator of a small Neapolitan pizza chain in the DFW Metroplex. Cavalli Pizza was the first certified Neapolitan style pizza in the state of Texas. Pizza is cooked in a 900 degree wood fired oven to exacting standards. I took over the business in August of 2016 from the founders, the Cavalli family. We currently have 2 open locations with a number of projects underway for near term growth. We will be opening another full service restaurant with a huge wine bar (30 wines on tap!) in Lewisville, TX before the end of the year. We also have plans to join the Legacy Hall project as the pizza vendor. Position which requires working with field level managers as a financial guru for Pizza Hut's ~500 equity owned stores. Discovered unrealistic sales and growth assumptions by prospective venture based on competitive landscape, demographics and market conditions. Helped venture fund maximize returns through creation of new pro forma projections based on more realistic assumptions, lowering the projected IRR to an undesirable level and ultimately recommending not to invest and allocate capital to more promising ventures.North Texas Enterprise Center Worked closely with C-Level leadership to develop a vetting tool for prospective ventures applying for investment capital and space at the incubator. Creatively quantified fundamental seed-level business issues in product, management, competition, distribution, and market analysis through the creation of a detailed questionnaire. Developed sophisticated scoring tool in Microsoft Excel to standardize responses to the questionnaire into a single score on a simple 10-point scale.

* Projected allocations for clients and prospects based on clients' needs, risk tolerance, and JPMorgan's investment platform. Analyzed clients' historical statements to account for errors and answer specific questions about their accounts. Created customized presentations for clients and prospects aimed at educating clients on JPMorgan's positions regarding market issues.* Pinpointed new prospective clients and worked closely with investment advisors on strategies to make first contact and win their business.* Participated in daily discussions after each morning's national investor call to assess which clients were in need of changes to their portfolios based on daily research updates on economics, monetary policy, sector trends, and specific investment opportunities.

* Founded LLC with goal of investing $500,000 in retail automotive shop to tap into $35 billion automotive aftermarket.* Conducted extensive research on the automotive aftermarket by attending various conventions, including the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) convention in Las Vegas, to conduct research and negotiate terms with international manufacturers and local distributors.* Developed a detailed business plan to partner with a highly specialized local automotive parts wholesaler, who controlled the regional distribution rights to key brands. * Assessed risk through ongoing review of luxury automotive markets and, after extensive research, did not implement the business plan because of the bleak economic outlook and its impact on discretionary spending.

Engaged in weekly executive meetings aimed at creating business opportunities, streamlining operations, and managing relationships with local restaurant owners.* Increased revenue by 10% through creative development and implementation of an innovative menu booklet concept that contributed to increased sales in partnered restaurants as well as new revenue generated through ad sales.
