As a part of the Events Staff, I am the initial, preliminary customer service that patrons have access to when they encountered problems or issues in their attendance at an event. I scan tickets to allow patrons into the building, help patrons find their seat, direct patrons to the proper place or individual to resolve any issues, and uphold building safety policies. With my supervisors, we work together to make the patron aspect of an event go smoothly without any problems.

As an Account Coordinator, I secured print and online coverage for clients through target media outreaches and pitching. I drafted pitches, announcements and other press materials for media along with coverage reports, meeting agendas, and action items for clients. In order to stay current with the video game industry, I researched trends and stayed up to date on current events and gaming news. During conventions and events, I acted as a meeting scheduler and liaison between my clients and game media. Outside of media engagement and client sided tasks, I maintained, updated, and confirmed accurate information on contacts within video game media and curated media lists for press outreaches.

As an Events Staff Supervisor, I worked towards maximizing patron satisfaction through working with and training event staff on subjects such as issue resolution, customer service, and interpersonal skill building.
