Hello! My name is Chase Lutes and I am a Project Manager at Scott Process Systems, Inc. in Hartville, Ohio. I began working in the construction industry in 2013 where I have remained since. I started out as a laborer, and quickly worked my way up the ranks until I was promoted to project manager based on my education and years of experience in the industry.I am also a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). While I do not directly work in quality control, having the certification has helped me become a better manager, for it has broadened my knowledge of the terms and processes used within the industry and allowed me to weigh in on quality issues.My time spent in fabrication shops, offices, and university classrooms has allowed me to develop what I feel are effective ways of communicating with a variety of individuals.
