Worked for a number of clients on several projects ranging from scoping level through to detailed engineering / execution, focussed primarily on process plant design in the lithium industry. Specific experience includes:- Involved in the Covalent Lithium Mount Holland Project from its inception as a PFS through to detailed engineering, developing the steady-state process model, stream table and process design criteria, functional descriptions, technical drawings and dynamic simulation models. - Led design efforts on a South Korean Lithium Hydroxide Plant PFS, assessing the commercial competitiveness of the client's novel technology against mature industry alternatives and conducting value engineering initiatives resulting in significant increase in project NPV.- Led design efforts on an LFP Battery Recycling Plant PFS, conducting testwork analysis, process modelling, equipment selection and sizing as well as preparing operating and capital cost estimates.- Led design efforts on a Brazilian Lithium Hydroxide Plant PFS, comparing the competitiveness of several processing technologies and commercial options.- Development of cashflow models to determine key project economic indicators, including NPV and IRR, as well as to conduct sensitivity analysis and assess economic risk.- Development of Arena and GoldSim dynamic models to assess plant availability, utilisation and capacity. - Prepared Scope 1 and 2 CO2e emissions estimates in accordance with IPCC guidelines.- Participated in numerous HAZOPs.- Routinely engaged with and presented to clients.

Development of a GLNG Upstream Operations dashboard using TIBCO Spotfire, capturing lie asset integrity compliance data for wells, gathering networks, pipelines, high voltage electrical and plant equipment.
