  In the GA User Experience Design Immersive program I've learned how to research how users use products through methods like interviewing, observation, and prototype testing. I've also learned to put into words how digital and service products interact with users in order to create easier to understand and use products. At the same time I learned to create interactive prototypes to further test designs and iterate based off of feedback while collaborating with other designers, stakeholders, clients, and real users to solve design problems.
