As a Live in Role Model I work collaboratively with the residential support team to build life skills and help create independence while maintaining the home and role modeling a healthy lifestyle. In this position I work with youth who have varying degrees of life skills and had to ensure I provided a secure and healthy environment to assist these individuals in succeeding in achieving goals they set out for themselves. As a casual Role Model I cover the fulltime Role Model of one of the three community houses on an as needed basis.

As a Wireless Consultant I provide customer service to people wanting cellular services to stay connected in the world. This is done by evaluating the clients needs and wants and providing recommendations based on those evaluations. Record keeping and handling of sensitive information within relevant company policies was also an essential role, as well as inventory control through weekly serialized counts.

My role as a Healthcare Security Guard for Paladin security was to support local healthcare providers with at risk patients ensuring harm prevention to the patient and staff. To effectively do this role I had to maintain Nonviolent Crises Intervention training with CPI certification and ensure possible crises situations were diffused in a calm and professional manner.
