This includes: determining the division of interest and new well set-ups for company leases, identifying process deficiencies and implementing new process improvements;  facilitating mergers and acquisitions of new leases and properties;  using a high-degree of accuracy to create, maintain divisions of interest covering both new/existing producing properties; facilitating company cash flow through timely fulfillment of responsibilities and resolution of interest discrepancies ensuring company compliance with state and federal laws governing oil and gas production revenue payment, effectively managing owner-suspended funds and appropriating legal curative requirements for owner interests; and leveraging relationships with JIB and Revenue accounting, marketing, legal, business development and land men to ensure company assets are booked accurately; and In addition: Conducting on-going lease research, resulting in the recovery of 10 wells valued at more than $10 million in Apache’s favor;  Served on a team to create FileNet - a global company-wide document storage solution that fosters collaboration among all business units. Training and managing up to five employees as part of our mentoring program; serving as team leader on special projects to analyze, verify contracts and land mineral ownership documentation and contractual rights.
