This Fall I’ve had the opportunity to assess the adaptability of books into feature films. I was trained in evaluating the potential of IP and wrote reports on what makes a story worth purchasing. I also compiled a weekly report of relevant and eye-catching information from the trades. Lastly, the other interns and I were tasked with developing an original pitch, which we presented to Peter Dinklage to get his feedback.

During my time at 4:08 I've had the opportunity to sit in on corporate meetings to take notes and develop how to best communicate nexts steps to relevant parties. I was also invited to work as a PA and observe how to conduct professional interviews.

My time working as a Production Intern at Partizan Entertainment has allowed me to dip my toe in the process of creating commercials and music videos. I've spent time writing treatments, creating budgets, and had the opportunity to pitch a commercial to a delivery company.

My experience working for Alexia Melocchi at Little Studio Films has broadened my understanding of what producers and production companies look for in a screenplay. During my internship, I provided in depth coverage and research for multiple features or pilots a week. This taught me how to highlight the strengths and weakness of a script to access what makes a quality stories stand out.
