At Lucid Travel, I had the amazing opportunity to enter at the ground level, as the first full-time employee, and grow the (B2B SaaS) platform into over 150 major universities.I owned the responsibility of building and executing all of the sales processes from cold intro to account management. As a small bootstrapped company, I was able to have my hand in many different buckets - including customer success/service, marketing, strategic partnerships, and planning/strategy.
