I initially served as a post go-live representative for an international women's apparel and accessories company. I had worked previously for the same client as the lead front-end staff augmentation involving the transition from SiteGenesis to SFRA. My responsibilities to them through Ember included being readily available to address various issues, such as providing support with Business Manager, performing development work, and resolving any bugs that arose.I'm currently focused on developing an updated version of the Ember company website, aiming to enhance its SEO, functionality, design, and overall user experience while ensuring smooth operation and strong search presence.

During my tenure at Ad Victoriam Solutions, I was involved in two significant projects. The first project entailed a comprehensive SFRA build for a national pet supply chain. As the lead front-end developer, I collaborated extensively with the different development teams as well as the design and marketing teams to re-create the desired layout and functionality of the website. As the project progressed, I also took on a substantial number of back-end tickets, with a roughly 60/40 front-end to back-end workload ratio.The second main project involved staff augmentation for an international women's apparel and accessories company. This project focused on migrating their existing site from SiteGenesis to SFRA (full rebuild). In my role as the lead front-end developer, I worked alongside their in-house back-end developer, marketing department, and design department to help construct the new SFRA site.In addition to the two main projects previously mentioned, I also worked on various smaller projects that involved utilizing Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Experience Cloud.

In my previous role at this athletic headwear and apparel company, I served as the sole developer responsible for various duties. Firstly, I collaborated with each division and department within the company to identify their specific needs and implemented solutions on the website or other company software accordingly.To enhance the company's web presence and increase traffic, I worked closely with third-party SEO and design firms. This involved implementing strategies and techniques recommended by these firms to optimize the website's visibility and attract more visitors.Additionally, I liaised with third-party plug-in developers to integrate their products into our website. This required working closely with these developers to ensure seamless implementation and functionality of their solutions.Furthermore, I took charge of managing the email marketing platform, payment system integration, and CRM (Salesforce) software. This involved overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of these systems to support efficient marketing efforts and streamline customer relationship management.Overall, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, from collaborating with internal teams to implementing solutions, working with external firms and developers, and managing various software systems critical to the company's operations.

In my previous role as a private instructor, my primary responsibility was to provide personalized instruction based on the specific needs and interests of my clients.I guided my clients through development work on personal projects.
