- Update company websites with pertinent show information, biographies, and press photos, and assist in the maintenance of internal artist database- Organize, install, and track the distribution of promotional materials at venues, partner businesses, and other points around the city- Create marketing summary reports for artist agents/ managers and department staff- Prepare marketing materials for I.M.P. promotional activations at 9:30 Club, Lincoln Theatre, The Anthem, Merriweather Post Pavilion, as well as non-I.M.P. venues- Utilize Google Analytics and ticketing platform marketing tools to analyze sales reports and trends, and genre/affinity targeting- Work with Communications team to cover shows, and assist with press efforts promoting upcoming shows by researching artist’s past press and interviews, artist information, and past and upcoming music releases
