Adaptability is the key to survival. Ive learned this to be true through my experiences up to this point in my life. A big example of adaptability in my life was learning how to run the hurdles my junior year of high school. I had never run track before that point and i wasn't expecting to run the hurdles. It was a long frustrating process but as time went on i learned and got better. eventually being good enough to qualify for the state meet where i ran well enough to finish 7th. Another strength of mine is the ability to Balance a work load. Right now I run track for Indiana university and have to balance my time between school and athletics. Completing projects and assignments after a long practice is a tough thing to do, that is why I do my best to do my homework or project long before it is due, so i don't have to rush to do it the night before while i am tired.
