As a Marketing Director for AAIB Business Solutions, I worked with a variety of 25+ employee groups. I actively utilized the power and effectiveness of social media and SEO to drive traffic and convert leads. I gained experience with WordPress, graphic design, writing and blogging while learning how to effectively communicate with company owners and office managers. I learned the ins and out of this profession before transitioning into a sales position.

With a NASM-CPT certification, I designed systematic and progressive workout plans for clients and offered educated advice in regards to nutrition and health. I contributed to the life and success of the company by utilizing effective sales techniques to acquire new members. I orchestrated several boot camps, while helping clients reach their goals in a healthy and practical manner.

I supervised between 10 and 15 attendants with parking lots of 300+ vehicles. I managed thousands of dollars in cash payment and provided regular reports to superiors. Ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner was the norm and being employed with this company taught me many valuable lessons about the importance of customer service.

During these 3 months interning for Prudential, I created and promoted YouTube ads for the company's new real estate, attended ride alongs with the branch manager and learned about reo's, foreclosures and evictions. And most importantly, I was able to attend the company's regional meetings, where market changes and agent success stories were discussed.
