My employment history is wide and varied which has given me the opportunity to develop an extensive range of skills, learn new skills quickly, and take direction or leadership as required. Along with studies in the areas of Sociology, Community Services & Counselling to name a few, I have previously worked in Telemarketing where I exceeded KPI’s, owned and managed my own business importing and selling Women’s fashion, and worked in sales where I achieved the highest sales record for the company. I have also delivered and developed Parental Training programs assisting youth with behavioral challenges for the Department For Communities, worked as a Support Worker at a Women’s Refuge case managing tenants, and as a Senior Employment Consultant where I won several prizes for exceeding targets.These roles have allowed me to case manage participants, assisting them in addressing barriers such as homelessness, addictions, Mental Health, Disabilities and Training opportunities , and managing and coordinating supports and referrals to appropriate organisations and services using a client centered approach.
