Along with studies in the areas of Sociology, Community Services & Counselling to name a few, I have previously worked in Telemarketing where I exceeded KPI’s, owned and managed my own business importing and selling Women’s fashion, and worked in sales where I achieved the highest sales record for the company. I have also delivered and developed Parental Training programs assisting youth with behavioral challenges for the Department For Communities, worked as a Support Worker at a Women’s Refuge case managing tenants, and as a Senior Employment Consultant where I won several prizes for exceeding targets.These roles have allowed me to case manage participants, assisting them in addressing barriers such as homelessness, addictions, Mental Health, Disabilities and Training opportunities , and managing and coordinating supports and referrals to appropriate organisations and services using a client centered approach.
