Current**Team & Employee Management:**• Manage a team of 15+ employees across multiple locations.• Recruit, interview, and hire new staff members• Develop comprehensive employee training programs and guides.• Lead employee meetings and performance reviews• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.• Direct daily tasks, assignments, and job responsibilities for employees.**Client Relations & Services:**• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.• Coordinate job scheduling based on client needs and project scope.• Oversee client inventory management and resolve discrepancies.• Manage client visits, walkthroughs, and project estimates.• Assist clients with shipping claims and import paperwork.• Address and resolve client complaints efficiently.**Accounts Receivable:**• Review and manage monthly client invoices and collections.• Process credit card payments and track account statuses.• Ensure accuracy of daily billing and client account entries.**Fleet Management:**• Monitor daily vehicle inspection reports and address fleet issues.• Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs, ensuring regulatory compliance.• Manage fleet registration, safety, and security protocols.**Office & Warehouse Management:**• Maintain office supply inventory and ensure building security.• Oversee warehouse receivables, inventory accuracy, and loading processes.• Manage inventory control systems to optimize efficiency.
