As the COO at Attachment Healing Center, I oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the organization, which provides support and services to families raising children with attachment trauma. I work with a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our programs, partnerships, and outreach efforts.I also serve as the Director of Family Engagement, a role that I have held since July 2021. I am passionate about working with and advocating for families in crisis, drawing from my own experience as a family parent peer support. I have contributed to the development and implementation of several initiatives, such as the Family Resource Center, the Family Mentor Program, and the Family Advisory Board, that aim to empower families and foster resilience and healing. I have also facilitated multiple workshops and trainings on topics such as attachment, trauma, parenting, and self-care. I have excellent communication, collaboration, and Microsoft Excel skills, which I use to manage data, reports, and budgets.
