  During my time as a project management intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, I was able to show off my versatility skills by participating and executing many ad-hoc projects. Performed regular data tracking. •Joined L&D sessions twice a week as tech support, polling up to 20 participants for feedback using Survey Monkey and gathering and analyzing the data via Excel to enable consistent decision making on the deployment of training courses. •Facilitated the introduction of staff accounts on Fuel 50 (a learning application tool) by running a test account before launch to guarantee flawless operation for learning and development activities. •Utilized Microsoft Word to update and modify curriculum data for over 300 courses, matching accurate quality information from Fuel 50 to curriculum established in Microsoft Word. •Successfully leveraged external meetings to boost project fulfilment, ensuring that projects were completed within the deadline.
