Being in the hospitality field, I have adapted very quickly to new operating systems, alternative ways to communicate, training platforms and invoicing programs. I have worked with countless software, applications, and equipment. The expectation for me as a leader and training manager is to learn the new systems in a short amount of time, identify needed corrections and to teach my team to be efficient. By diving into the newer technology, I demonstrate the ability to adapt effortlessly while assisting others. I possess an organized, detailed work ethic that I can bring to any role. I believe that through an upbeat positive attitude and mindset I can achieve any goal. I am a team player, collaborator, self-starter and best of all, I have a sense of humor.
