Communicated the Agency’s programs and objectives and ongoing activities related to disaster declarations with all levels of management and Congressional officials: continued to inform Center management of activities that may affect or have an impact on the operations of the Center. Initiated public speaking opportunities for disseminating disaster program information.• Solicited positive coverage of the SBA Disaster Program by requesting regular input from program managers and providing success stories to the Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA) Public Affairs Specialist.
