Guardian of brand standards in execution, quality, presentation, development and overall Starbucks brand representation in Qatar.Responsible for providing consultative support and service to existing and new Starbucks Branded Solutions Accounts to ensure revenue growth quality and profitability.Contribute to the overall achievement of the Starbucks Branded Solutions annual sales plan through achieving Like for Like accounts targets.Leading efforts to maximize satisfaction, retention and reference ability of customers.Conducting weekly and monthly audits checks for all Starbucks Branded Solutions outlets to ensure brand standards are being adhered to.Performing regular partner training, auditing quality and owns world class service to all customers within region.To provide partners with coaching, feedback, development opportunities and building effective teams.Attending regular coffee tasting sessions and providing feedback to partners and key stakeholders.Working alongside Starbucks Branded Solutions Controllers, Coordinators, National Account Managers, Technicians to provide excellent project specification, customer support, relationship management and product delivery.
