• Responsible for conducting telephone interviews to assist clients with determining eligibility for SNAP and FI at application and annual re-certification.• Collect and verify information to determine initial and continued eligibility for benefits and processes case if all required documentation is available at the time of the interview.• Clearly documents receipt of all required information and contact with the household. • Handle all issues and complaints pertaining to TANF and SNAP cases that are received via local and/or county offices, or DSS connect
