I believe the best way to achieve success is to care more about the person in front of you than you do about yourself. I've found this to be true in every aspect in business, from sales to customer service. Caring for others is key.Currently, I am working to help SmartData Dashboard bridge the gap between early warning and early intervention in the Ed tech industry. Before that, I was employee number 1 at a Y-Combinator funded startup. During my time there, I helped build and maintain the customer service department and training curriculum. Working at a start up is a blast, no two days are the same. Yes, it's fast-paced, but the challenge is also the greatest learning tool.
