Miss Chastity Davis M.A., is a Performance Consultant, Behavioral Health Technician, Researcher, and DEIBA Advocate. She obtained her masters degree in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology. While obtaining her masters she began serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Denver Health working with adolescents in the inpatient psychiatric unit. As a sought-after technician and facilitator, Miss Davis conducts enlightening strengths based workshops on coping skills, healing and wellness for a wide range of clientele, including athletic teams, organizations, and individuals.Miss Davis possesses extensive expertise in working with performers of diverse ages, sports, and skill levels. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity and support system cohesion as guiding principles when navigating personal and professional work, ensuring an informed, inclusive and compassionate approach.Miss Davis has held prominent positions that exemplify her exceptional contributions empowering performers, through sport psychology, advocacy, and education. She serves as a Sport Psychology provider for Fortitude Mental performance supporting athletes in their mental well-being and performance. Additionally she partnered with the Athlete's Atelier organization to build and implement an 18-week mental performance program with tailored sessions for young female athletes of color. Acting as a mentor, consultant, and activist in fostering community thriving creating meaningful connections between sport and mental skills that transcend into many other aspects of life.Miss Davis embodies her inclusive approach, holding positions as diversity equity and inclusion chair. As the DEIBA chair, she lead initiatives focused on enhancing diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility within the Center of Performance Excellence. She provided guidance for master's student diversity hours projects, offered quarterly education, and experiences on DEIBA principles and concepts, and consulted on inclusive hiring practices to ensure a more equitable environment.
