The Strategic Accounts Support Specialist works directly with specifically assigned major accounts and strategic partners to provide detailed, personalized, and comprehensive technical support services. This position serves as both enterprise-level dedicated support for partners as well as an internal liaison between school district leadership and internal teams. Each specialist is responsible for maintaining an advanced expertise in all NWEA products and services, as well as a deep knowledge level of their assigned partners’ technical environments and technological needs. These duties include:- Fulfill special technical contract requirements and monitors service level expectations- Study and document all details of the account from a technical standpoint- Create and maintain an issues log for assigned accounts and proactively review the status of those with the partner and internal stakeholders- Act as a technical mentor and coach for Partner Support Team members- Act as an escalation point for complex or custom technical support and/or implementation projects- Participate on an as-needed basis in the development and presentation of technical training, introduction of functionality in new releases or lead planning meetings with partner personnel.
