I have been a full time career oriented woman as well as a full time mother for some time. There is a amazing strength and ability that I have seen over the years in a woman that I have found to be one of the most powerful tools there is in the world. As I watch women in the business and in the personal world face challenges, celebrations, heartbreaks, exhaustion, lives, deaths, and many other life journeys, I have witnessed the most amazing courage, success, strength, beauty, and talent there is. It is easy for the pressures of the world to overwhelm and exhaust, so I wanted to found an entity that could be the driving force for women to continue to feel and nurture the power of thier gifts. It is easy to forget the talents, the beauty, and ability that we have within when so many people depend on us and our energies to pull from. It can be tiring from our head to our feet.
