• Carrying out assessment, monitoring and evaluation of examinations work.• Providing an academic and consultative support to students in their learning activities.• Participating in development, implementation and maintenance of academic quality assurance arrangements.• Participating in committees appropriate to courses and meetings convened by management

• Perform Account Reconciliation ensuring all invoices are correctly recorded in the AP system• Handling Accounts Payable (A/P) complying with AASL Financial Procedures• Creditor reporting and analysis• Liaise with Internal Auditors/ External Auditors for Year End Audits• Responsible for the activities associated with Inventory Management including product costing, stock control and physical stock verifications with variance analysis• Reporting and related analysis of Slow moving and non-moving stocks• Physical verification of Assets

• Treasury Handling• Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis and Variance Analysis• Liquidity Reporting • Evaluation of Internal controls• Dealing with External & Internal Auditors and Dealing with Banks and other government institutions. • Handle all aspects of profitability against the set KPI & to inform any diversion or rectification
