As a Field Service Engineer for PerkinElmer products, I provide high-quality and reliable service to our customers in various industries and sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, environmental, food and beverage, and research. I have a B.A.Sc. degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, and I am proficient in servicing ICP-MS, ICP-OES, TGA, LC-MS/MS, GC, HPLC, FTIR and UV instruments. In my current role, I am responsible for commissioning, installation, maintenance, application development, and troubleshooting of PerkinElmer instruments, as well as conducting customer orientation and training sessions on the proper use and operation of the instruments. I also provide technical advice and solutions to their queries and issues. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers, scientists, and technicians, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and reliable service to our customers, and contributing to their success and satisfaction.
