Systems Engineer
Current• Customer support, Managed services by 24x7 and system maintenance under Application, Database installation and configuration requests within the given scope and SLA• Installation and Administering experience in IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud environments• Work in Kubernetes to manage & monitor IFS Cloud apps.• Working with environment refreshes, IFS deliveries and deployments which were developed by application development team using various version control systems.• Work under Oracle Database systems - Manage, monitor and perform database tasks for the given applications and environments• Oracle Enterprise Manager cloud control and oracle Weblogic - manage and monitor application, database and middleware instances• PL/SQL querries to perform various tasks.• Knowledge and working experience in Jira service management, confluence and version control systems.• System performance monitoring and managing high availability by providing support and best solutions• Documentation – Change management, Incidents, Audit Documents and monthly performed tasks management.• Communicating with customers when required, planning meetings, attend daily sync-up meetings and actively engage with the internal team.
