Conduct and manage team to provide test team functions.Assists in designing and ensuring overall integrity of testing start including design, develop and execution in testing process.Developing and planning test schedule, resource, coordinating test equipment and test environment usage, scheduling test equipment and test environment and coordinating associated work activities.Preparing, maintaining and reviewing test cases and test scenario and metrics results to ensure compliance with quality assurance and software user requirements.Executing and monitoring testing results and communicating the overall status of testing across multiple projects to key team members and stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with testing and development methodology and policies.Monitoring the testing process of all projects to ensure the conformity of testing.Implementing improvements to testing processes and create efficiencies.Identify and analysis risks and to take appropriate action to minimize the impact on a software.Providing knowledge sharing, maintain and training to test team members on testing tools, techniques, process and environments.Provide management information about software quality and operations.
