I have been joining with Research Recruitment team, which is being in-charged of Mid-Management, Senior Title, Executive and C- Level positions for various type of job functions and industries.- Being responsible for client’s requirement, focus on the recruiting of senior level and management positions.- Arranging the meeting with clients, taking brief of job profile, specification and company information from HR and line manager in order to analyst and create a proper job description before launching the searching process.- Initiating the recruitment solution and operating the recruiting process through CRM system and other channel of recruiting tools.- Acting as client’s representative to provide the information of job functions and company profile to the candidates, as well as reviewing, screening and analyzing resume profile, direct approaching & proposing the job opportunity to the qualified persons.- Arranging an initial interview, ensuring the profile, personality, attitude and key abilities of candidates are suitable with requirements of each position.- Arranging interview schedule for clients and candidates, following up feedback and keeping update status.- Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to both customers and candidates. - Ensuring the recruiting processes are smoothly run, and the right candidate is selected.- Assisting client on co-ordinating with the selected candidate, paper works, background check, salary & benefit offer. Ensuring the agreements are corresponded, including negotiating (if necessary).- Maintaining a good relationship between company, clients and candidates.- Taking action to achieve weekly’s & monthly’s KPI, in terms of job delivery and financial target.- Assisting in business development functions, e.g. finding new potential customer, searching for new channels of getting the qualified candidates, telesales, etc.

- Dealing with the customers (mostly, architects & designers) in order to arrange the presentation, give product information and convince the customer to make specification or select the products (special material for architecture & construction) for their projects.- Following up the projects / contract and finish the projects.- Maintaining a good relationship between the customers and the company. - Initiating marketing activities, marketing tools in order to satisfy customer's need and increase the opportunities of sale and specification. - Working closely with marketing team and co-ordinate with sales team, media team, engineering team and other sections in the company. - Arranging training program for new Sales Representative of modern-trade section.- Coordinating with both domestic and international suppliers (USA, Belgium, Malaysia, England, Singapore, Italy, etc).- Providing assistance to the Marketing Manager; document translation, taking care of international suppliers, arranging schedule, handling monthly and annual reports, joining seminars, etc.
