HR Operations Specialist based in Athens, Greece. I was born in Kozani, Greece in 1983 and raised in Ptolemaida. I studied in the Department of International Economic Relations and Development in Democritus University of Thrace. After graduating from Democritus University, I continued my studies in University of Piraeus. Today I'm an MBA holder from the department of Business Administration of the above mentioned University. On May 2018, I also successfully completed my studies in the MSc Program in Banking and Finance from the Hellenic Open University. Since 2018, I am a Certified Financial Instruments and Financial Issuers Analyst (Delta Certificate) and also a Certified Portfolio Manager (Gamma Certificate) from the Bank of Greece. I am a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece since 2006 and a licensed Economist and Accountant (Level A'). Since January 2010 I am an Auditor/ Lead Auditor specialized in Total Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000).Currently I work as a Payroll and Benefits Administration Coordinator at Alpha Bank. Previously I was Branch Head of Operations Officer, Personal Banking Relationship Manager, Customer Service Officer and Head Teller for the same Banking Institution. I held the Head Teller and Bank Teller positions at Emporiki Bank member of Credit Agricole Group. I was also the founder of "Chatzikonstantinou and Assosiates Accounting Services" and have worked there as a Business Development and Quality Systems Consultant.
