- Be responsible for all marketing activities for the two core products, Testprep & Junior courses.- Work with Brand consultant and market research agencies to finalize the new brand positioning - Produce videos and marketing materials to deliver the adequate message - Create a communication plan and coordinate the function teams (Digital, Event, PR, Social) to launch the new brand positioning - Manage the Digital team to make sure the Digital performance meeting target

- Lead LSM team in charge of all promotions, market research, local store activities, partnerships, sponsorship and POSM Production- Prepare Trade Marketing plan to meet annual sales target- Complete working processes between Trade Marketing team and other departments- Analyze sales statistics to expand network with all partners and schools

- Organize events, conferences, US-AUS school fairs, contests, sequence of events for student aged from 9 to 22 and their parents- Be responsible for promotions to achieve sales target- Build and develop relationships with high schools, particularly top-notch schools in Ho Chi Minh City- Negotiate and sponsor for Non Profit Organizations whose target audience is high school students- Cooperate with relevant teams to complete POSM design and production
