- New client acquisition: Creating and implementing action plans to develop new business (achieving a target of new clients/month) and to broaden existing relationships, including the establishment of internal/external networking and referral programs.- Providing solutions: Identifying the needs of clients and delivering custom-designed products and solutions from VPS and 3rd parties (investments, insurance).- Needs-based sales model: Mastering needs-based selling solutions to provide expert advice, delivering the highest possible client experience.- Technical & market knowledge: Proactively staying current on changes in financial market and economic and legislative news with respect to potential impacts on investment market.

- Implementing sales of foreign exchange products and services to Retail banking’s customers- Establishing partnerships with businesses to cross-sell foreign exchange products and services to Retail banking’s customers- Building sales target goals & analysis reports by Month, Quarter & Year (Number of Sales, Number of Customers, Profit)- Organizing product and process training, and coordinating with RM/Teller of retail banking & corporate customers to promote sales- Coordinating with retail banking and corporate customers to organize customer conferences- Consulting with management levels to build processes, product policies, sales and digitize transaction processes- Performing other tasks as assigned by managers

- Supporting for foreigner/oversea corporate clients.- Conducting a sales call, analyzing a client’s financial situation, presenting solutions and servicing clients.- Daily checking email from customers and answering any customer’s inquiry about services, price, promotion, and other necessary works.- Assisting clients in optimizing their risk and control activities, including control effectiveness and optimization activities in payment gateway integration.- Cultivate strong working relationships with subcontractors, partners to provide the services to clients and build trust among clients.- Following the sales process and procedures as established through the customer database.- Conducting Crossing/up sales by email or telephone to current clients.- Following the established guidelines for maintaining client files in accordance with company compliance- Monitoring and supporting customers for payment online.- Making some reports and related others which assigned by team leader

- Introducing and offering insurance products for clients- Arranging the conclusion of the insurance contract- Collecting Insurance fee collection- Arranging for compensation settlement, insurance payment upon occurrence of insured event- Performing other activities related to the performance of the insurance contract

- Recognizing and Evaluating Operational Risks for ACB by creating Mapping, PRA, RSCA of procedures.- Following up and Mitigating Event Losses for ACB. - Coordinating different departments to enhance operations for ACB when needed.- Having experience as project coordinator when joining to build ORM system for our team, working with Chase Cooper as our partner.- Managing fund balance of Branches and Sub-Branches.- In charge of Business Continuity Management for ACB
