• Conduct TNA to identify training needs within the organization with proper training solutions• Design & deliver training programs/ developmental initiatives: Leadership DevelopmentvProgram, Soft skills training, Technical program, Fresher & Internship Program, etc• Propose, implement & manage e-learning platform to support employee learning development• Manage a training system/ training plan and budget to optimize the capability of employees• Promote learning culture & encourage internal learning & sharing among the organization• Monitor & evaluate training program effectiveness• Build up, review & revise P&P, L&D vision, strategy

• Co-ownership and responsibility in Technical development programs: Software Architect Development Program (SADP), Testing Architect Development Program (TADP), TechShow. + Program completion rate is 80% of committed learners for SADP and TADP (2020) + 100% sessions of TechShow get rating over 4.0/5 (2020)• Fully responsible for the operation of NEXT program (NEXT program is the main systematic method to train and develop Freshers from universities for the company)+Freshers grow rapidly and become the company's largest resource, the rate of freshers meeting and exceeding the expected level increase to 97% (2020)• Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop/organize other training courses and programs• Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs• Owner of certificate reimbursement program• Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems• Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments• Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports

• Excellence in HR Operation & ExecutionAssist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties Support with all administration related to joiners and leavers as required Coordinate, process expenses and advance requested by Unit staffs according to FA procedure Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR team • Implement training & development activities Be fully in charge of organizing, monitoring and evaluating English classes (1 for Ha Noi & 2 for HCMC) Support TMOD Manager in organizing FPS assessment center for potential MRs twice per year Coordinate with training vendors and corporate university to support in organizing training courses for associates Support and follow up training activities • Support HR engagement activities Responsible for logistics, administrative support and coordinate meetings/events/conferences/workshops and department meetings. + Achievement: Familiarity with HR functions, knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. Develop interpersonal communication skill, strong ability to handle data with confidentiality. Enhance organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of and ability to organize a mini course.

• Efficient & high quality supporting and managing the implementation of sales and customer care at the Center • Managing retention and student/ customer satisfaction • Efficient& high quality supporting CM/AM in planning, implementing targets of the Center. • Reporting on all aspects of the responsible areas related to sales and customer service efficient and high-quality operations + Achievement: Learn about sales, customer service areas, gain a better understanding of what it is like to work within the education sector. Improving skills in sales and customer services including communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving, time management.
