Sintex Minerals and Service Inc. is a distributors of Sinter Ball Bauxite and Sinter Lite Bauxite propants used in hydraulic fracture stimulation of oil and gas wells around the world. As the Finance Accounting Specialist for Inventory Control, I am responsible to :• Maintain the financial accuracy and the integrity of the inventory process and systems• Process and record entries related to receiving of inventory from vendors in the general ledger and perform analysis of product costs.• Bookkeeping related to purchase orders, bill of lading, exchange, and secondary costs of inventories to insure accurate profit and loss statement and balance sheet • Review accounts receivable and accounts payable systems to ensure timely accruals, payments and collections.• Account reconciliation including compilation and analysis of a variety of accounting data, preparation of journal entries.• Accounts reporting including preparation of related accounting, management, and business unit reports.• Analyze and reconcile physical and exchange inventories on a monthly basis ensuring their completeness and accuracy. • Miscellaneous and general administrative duties including filing of physical records.

Pursued my area of interest and expertise with Parle-G Ltd., a confectionery manufacturer, in understanding “Human Resources” function in such industry. As an intern, I completed study of "Employee Attitude in Parle-G Ltd." using behavior, training and motivation as variables and how these variables affect attrition.
