I have extensive experience working on MLOps (Machine Learning Ops) solution to provide a seamless development, training, retraining, deployment experience of ML Models. My work have saved 1000's of developer hours at a wider scale for LLM operations. I have worked on crowdsource integration and quality metrics for channels like Toloka & MTurk (Mechanical Turk). I led an effort to the development of tools for AWS Bedrock for access control of FM (Foundational Model) available to help AWS Bedrock GA launch. I also led the effort for pre-training data for the LLM. I am leading an effort to create a GenAI app using Large Language Models on AWS Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, AI Agents, OpenSearch etc.

I have extensive experience designing and developing applications on native AWS technologies such as AWS Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch Streams, Kinesis Streams, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Route53, API Gateway, Postgres etc. I have worked on highly distributed processing systems that can process millions of messages in real-time. During this time, I mentored various engineers within and across teams for success. I have also developed distributed applications to detect security vulnerabilities in 30K+ AWS accounts and trillions of S3 objects and dynamo db data.I have designed and developed features such as screen share for our electron-based browser to enable working engineers to share critical information from within the browser while blocking any other media like Zoom or Slack. I have also worked on the native Windows TPM (Trusted Platform Module) to support Windows OS imaging and authorization.In addition to this, I have created a Reverse Proxy Service using Nginx to onboard various applications. To ensure a single point of deletion of critical data, I have created a crypto sharding service to protect critical data from leakage and ensure a single point of deletion.

I have designed and developed web applications and corresponding backend services to support customer service associates. I have also improved elastic service performance by 30% and reduced running costs by 66% by tuning it for the use case. I have developed application components for Amazon Lockers for effective routing and accommodate oversized packages. Additionally, I designed and developed a payment automation product for last mile Amazon Partners to be used across 6 countries in 2 regions to launch a new last mile product to expand the access point in a secure way.

I worked on an enterprise contract management software, which was a B2B SaaS product. My contribution was towards feature development and improving existing code, which included end-to-end requirement gathering and development including QA, unit testing, integration testing.I implemented metadata search using Solr, which included indexing of meta information to Solr core and query using API to power efficient contract and SLA searching. I also implemented email verification, distribution list and opt-out logic to be used in mass email lead to easy customer interaction and enhancing security of the product. Additionally, I implemented automated data fetch and upload using third-party API. This helped interfacing Sirion product with legacy systems thus allowing Sirion to onboard legacy customers. I implemented email submit over API to be used across the system and by third parties to send any email to Sirion system users. I also implemented SSO and pre signature components which helped SirionLabs in integrating it's application with customer auth mechanism and pre-signature leads to acquisition of new customer base and expanding Sirion lab's horizon. I have implemented various measures to enhance the seucrity and safety of product and it's API.

I designed and developed REST APIs to support iOS and Android applications. As part of mobile development team, I also developed native pages for payment funnel for Android application. I also implemented deep and deferred linking on the Android application.In addition, I designed and developed a framework for latency tracking of each user action from a click to corresponding page load, including time taken in network calls for analytics of android application. This provided a deep working insight of Android Application. I developed an intermediate API for mobile payment and implemented JusPay at android application end to improve overall payment success. I have also designed and developed an HTTP library using OkHttp open source for Android application to reduce latency which improved customer engagement and adoption. These efforts lead to an increase in mobile booking success rate from 3% to 49%. I also developed an API to push bookings to the tracking system for hotels and implemented Passbook for iOS.In addition, I implemented local and push notifications for the TripIdeas application. As part of the Tap-Tap application team I developed part of Android application flow which reduces number of interaction with the Makemytrip application for a successful booking. I also designed and developed an application in a hackathon to connect and recommend peer travelers on Makemytrip platform.I was passionate about creating features that could improve the user experience and reduce costs

I worked on the ROC DIM (Data integrity management) product for porting it from desktop based thick client to web based thin client. This increased the product adoption and reduced latency. I was also involved in finalizing product road map. I have successfully implemented various POC (Proof of concept) like for Optus & Telecom Malaysia POC. This created a new opportunity for DIM product in acquiring new customers. I extensively used core Java, Spring and various open sources like JAXB, Apache POI, etc. for server side programming and GWT for client side.Using servlet and Apache POI I implemented export functionality to create and export excel of records. I also integrated ROD DIM with ROCware implementing SSO (Single Sign On) to bundle application as product suite. I also design & developed monitoring server for AT&T customer to monitor other running processes and create alarms for and trigger a restart.

In my role as a student ambassador, I have had the privilege of collaborating closely with EMC2 and multiple colleges. Throughout my tenure as a student ambassador, I actively participated in several SAN and NAS training sessions held at EMC2's office. Additionally, I eagerly volunteered at EMC2's cloud conferences hosted at esteemed institutions such as Amity Noida, SRM Chennai, and Ramaiah Bangalore.In recognition of my passion for cloud computing, I presented a research paper on the subject and took on the responsibilities of volunteering and hosting lectures on SAN and cloud computing, both within my college and across various intercollegiate events.
