Project Manager
Current* Maintain all open projects in Teamwork project management software. * Design and ensure implementation of workflow processes. * Assign work tasks to team members and supervise their work. * Review and suggest improvements to graphic design work. * Review and suggest improvements to written copy. * Design website wireframes and site maps. * Attend client meetings and ensure complete knowledge of customer desires and goals. * Communicate with clients for project needs and status updates. * Oversight of maintenance on websites, to include upgrading Joomla and WordPress websites, debugging issues in custom coded websites, and debugging issues caused by upgrades. * Ensure that all maintenance and server administration is performed on web servers, to include upgrading installed software. * Proactively manage all stages of project completion and resolve challenges or remove barriers for completion. * Report project status and issues to the General Manager. * Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly. * Assist with needs assessments, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses, as requested. * Conduct performance reviews and oversees employee development for the Operations team. * Participates in hiring and firing of employees within the Operations team.
