Conduct thorough testing of system to identify and report bugs, errors, and performance issues about:DSS: Module Submission system (Document Submission System)TMS : Module with Management system (Task Management System)HRIS : Human Resources ModuleCAMS : Accounting cash flow module (Cash Flow Management)Develop and maintain test cases and testing procedures to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

- Read through original material and rewrite it in the target language (Chinese - Vietnamese), ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained- Use translation memory software, such as Quick Translator, to ensure consistency of translation within documents and help efficiency- Use specialist dictionaries, thesauruses and reference books to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used- Use appropriate software for presentation and delivery- Research legal, technical and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation- Proofread and edit final translated versions- Retain and develop knowledge on specialist areas of translation- Follow various translation-quality standards to ensure legal and ethical obligations to the customer

Teaching English for students from 5 to 16 years old

- Prepare relevant documents, materials for executive- Enter the data into the system.- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders- Processing tax payments and returns- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings- Prepare tax returns- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary- Comply with financial policies and regulations- Greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, and responding to complaints and requests.- Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing system, and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs, recording information as needed, updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.- Perform receptionist duties when needed
