I make my work speak much more than MEWay above an "I" or "U", I believe in "WE".That's me; a civil engineer by choice. The idea of a structure arising out of a flat land and taking it above sky high always fascinated me. A structure standing tall not only gives a sense of pride but it serving the mankind is what inspires me to keep moving. This passion enabled me to build some of the vital buildings including an unique and tallest ATC Tower of India and many high rise, low rise, dense and premium residential and commercial buildings which had their own unique challenges.I bring in more than 16 years of diversified experience in project planning, costing, budgeting, cost control techniques, process standardization, pre-construction activities, liaison co-ordination, handing over, approvals management, contracts management, inter-department co-ordination & execution of residential, commercial, terminal building and high rise structure.Have successfully delivered projects in Mumbai including Residential cum Commercial buildings, Airport Terminal Building and an award winning structure- Air Traffic Control Tower. I have been into project planning, Co-ordination of project activities, material co-ordination & management of manpower and team. I have also been a part for project pre-planning team which involved the project approvals process, liaison resolution and design concept finalization.In my career span, i have been exposed to every phase of the project life cycle and understand the importance of every department which are directly or indirectly part of any project. I have handled a team of technical as well as non technical personnel and have successfully delivered projects.My work style, keenness to learn and effective system implementation was recognized by my organisation and was awarded at many stages of my career including an executive program in management offered by the organisation.I actively use the SAP MM module system for budget mapping and monitoring. I am well versed with technical software namely AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera and MS Office.When i am not busy delivering projects, i would spent my time exploring places & honing my poetry skills.
