- Internal audit ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMi- Management Document (Process, Template, Checklist, etc.) management (modify, baseline)- Ensure that the project process is defined validly.- Develop a Quality Assurance Plan for projects.- Participate in developing and reviewing project plans, standards, and procedures.- Audit and review project software artifacts, and activities to ensure that the defined project process is followed.- Identify and document noncompliance issues and ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed.- Providing feedback to managers and group members on the results of quality assurance activities- Collect data related to QA activities for measurements. evolve to the internal audit team if required.- Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department.- Control process for other departments.- Analyze data related to QA activities for improvements.- Research for QA improvements and conduct training.

- Management the quality- Work with related departments for new supplier development, after that monitor/support them to achive it.- Perform periodic supplier audit in regard to product, process and quality management system.- Closely follow up with suppliers for effectiveness of corrective actions on non-conformities found during audits.- Regular meeting with Local supplier to solving part issues, supporting and developing their process improvement.- Resolve production (line fallout)/customer complaints on material quality issues including failure analysis and release countermeasure.- Organizing intinal meetings to review quality issues, be responsible for weekly/monthly quality report and improve working process.- Plan and take responsibility for product audits from customer/ISO 9001 - Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems.
