Learn more at www.CEbrightfutures.org.My efforts focused on bringing innovation and creativity to expand CE program impact and benefits to communities through partnerships with clean and smart energy technology developers, companies, foundations, and utilities across the country. My responsibilities include:• Provide strategic direction on the implementation of programs and projects focusing on innovation and equity in clean energy/carbon solutions and STEM/CTE education• Research, analyze and evaluate opportunities for program expansion and make recommendations to the executive team• Provide oversight of CE program, track program financial and project performance• Advocate for equitable access to and participation in energy education benefits for historically excluded communities • Develop innovative solutions to eliminate barriers to energy education deployment, entrance into energy/carbon solutions -related jobs, and the proliferation of clean energy education• Identify and develop creative approaches to drive education transformation towards clean energy integration and adoption• Lead development and implementation of a CE strategic, financial, business development, evaluation and communications plans• Lead development of messaging and content for external communication of program impact• Serve as the program ambassador and present at educational and industry conferences and events for a wide variety of audiences
