I also served as a program administrator and ambassador. I represented CE to a wide variety of education and industry leaders at events and advisory groups. During my first six years at BEF, I led the program, originally called Solar 4R Schools, through a variety of transformations and achievements.• Stabilized and revitalized Solar 4R Schools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery and outputs• Developed program logic model and theory of change• Solar 4R Schools (BEF) earned CRS and EPA’s Green Power Leadership Award for Leadership in Green Power Education in 2015• Collaborated with the BEF Development Team to secure the first signature level sponsorship of the program in 2015• Designed and implemented a new program model that expanded impact of investments tenfold for one third the cost of legacy engagements• Co-led the program rebrand effort with the BEF Operations, Business Development Depts and external contractor to develop the new program vision and brand: CE – Clean Energy. Bright Futures. to more accurately reflect the scope and impact of the growing program• Achieved significant increases in program impact by 2018 - in the first 4.5 years of the new model in comparison to the first 12 years of the program by: o 250% more science kit materials delivered to schools and educational institutions o 72% more students engaged o 65% more professional development hours provided to teachers by the program o 80% more schools participating • Led CE strategic planning and development of the next phase of program growth in scaling in 2018-2020 to the new CE fellowship model, which further multiplies the benefits of program impact investments to reach even more students across the country
