Prior to joining SC Capital Partners, I practiced as a foreign lawyer with Allens Arthur Robinson Vietnam (now Linklaters), served as Vice President for Legal Affairs of one of Vietnam's leading listed property funds investing mainly in Vietnam and Cambodia and most recently with DFDL as its Vietnam’s Head of the Real Estate Practice Group, with indepth and practical legal experiences in real estate projects/investments. Combined, more than 19 years experience working on real estate M&As in Asia. Prior to Asia, I have practiced in Sydney Australia serving clients on real estate, corporate and commercial matters. I lead - legally - all transactions for Recap funds across the region including Australia, NZ, Myanmar, HK, Greater China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Maldives. Qualified Australian lawyer holding a BA/LLB degree and Masters of International Law degree with University of Sydney, with unique international and Vietnam law experience on real estate matters.
