-Provide Study Coordinator and research group with administrative, organisational and logistical support-Actioning emails and maintain Research Department Inbox-Simultaneously multitask and support between different studies and groups within Haematology Department-Design, develop and update documentation such as Recruitment Workflows, Study Protocols, SOPs, OH&S, Training manuals to comply with ethics and good clinical practice, and KPIs for sample collections -End to End recruitment of participants and sample collections - Coordinate, arrange and schedule meetings and interviews, and collection of pathology samples from different departments eg., Surgical Theatre and Maternity Wards.-Liaise and preserve rapport with external and internal stakeholders to support the research study-Manage, maintain and audit research filing database and laboratory specimen sample storage system-Assist in onboarding and offboarding staff -Supply management of laboratory and medical supplies for research study amongst different hospital sites ACCOMPLISHMENTS -Achieved a participant consent rate of above 90%, over 8,000 pathology samples were successfully collected. From the success of HAPPI Kids 1, we were able to secure research funding to continue sample collections for another 3 years and complete a further two research studies

I covered both two administrator staff only after two weeks of training and handing over before working autonomously managing both areas successfully.
