•Chasing debt by email and reducing debtor days.•Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.•Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.•Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries.•Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.•Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices.•Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets.

- Manage administrative work on site: access, trainings, management of the Internet documents exchange platform- Facilitate contacts & negotiate with the project management company & other subcontractors- Production and distribution of collateral, file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, and team collaboration

- Receive and enter customer orders in SAP system- Provide timely communications and follow up to the customer of order status, availability, pricing, promotions, shipment information, credit issues, returns and any other customer service requirements of the customer.- Work closely with Regional Managers and branches on account activity

- Find sponsorship opportunities, negotiate the best deals & contracts and maintain relationships with partners - Logistic support before and during the event, manage staff and solve last minute issues- Part of the creative team
